Greetings! My name is Alexa Efta, the owner and sole proprietor of LexDoesNails. I am a licensed nail technician located in a private suite in Burnsville, MN specializing in acrylic extensions, nail art and cuticle care. I value creating lasting relationships with my clients, building trust and seeing how satisfied they are after pampering! Policies to know before you book : • $30 non-refundable deposit is required to book and is collected through booking site • as deposits are non-refundable, canceling your appointment results in a forfeiture of deposit - you may reschedule 1 time with your current deposit ahead of 24hrs, then you will need a new one to book another appointment • any appointment rescheduled or canceled within 24hr of appointment is subject to 50% service fee and loss of deposit • not showing up to your appointment is a no call/no show and is subject to 50% of service fee - failure to pay fee is a ban from future appointments • i do not allow extra guests in my studio as space + seating is limited • i do not work on bitten or damaged nails, nails with fungus or "greenies", hands with open wounds/warts, or nails indicating an infection • i have the right to stop or refuse service at any time- if threatening behavior is displayed, a transmittable illness is visible or are breaking studio policies you will be asked to leave and will be charged accordingly • if you are running late please let me know - i have a 5 minute grace period, 5-10 minutes is a $10 late fee and 10-15 minutes is a $20 late fee, after 15 minutes the appointment is canceled and is subject to 50% service fee, any appointment continued after being late may result in simplified services Booking an appointment means you have read and acknowledged my policies.
